Cool off with Our Favorite Cocktail

As a sustainable eco lodge, we’re all about sourcing local. We eat local fruit, hire local staff, decorate our casitas with local art. The list goes on! Nicaragua is a country full of tropical treasures and practically everything we need here at the lodge can be found nearby, including local liquor!
