If there is one thing we are crazy about at Jicaro that thing is Yoga.

There are many types of Yoga but we concentrate on three different ones, each with its own particularities:

Bikram Yoga

Bikram Yoga is a system of yoga synthesized from traditional Hatha yoga techniques and popularized beginning in the early 1970s. A Bikram Yoga classe usually consist of the same series of 26 postures, including two breathing exercises. Bikram Yoga is ideally practiced in a space heated up or close to 40 °C

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement,” and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.

Ashtanga Yoga

This practice is very athletic and made up of six vigorous series of postures. It’s one of the oldest forms of yoga and is considered to be the foundation of much of the yoga we see today in the west.
